How about employees who're not covered by the Employment Act? You could disregard payslips, but can you? In most cases, they're matured enough to expect salary details from you.
In short, you can't avoid it anymore.
Therefore, come 1 April 2016, remember to comply with changes in the Employment Act:
- Issue itemised payslis
- Provide key employment terms (KETs)
- Keep proper employment records
